Cinch associates. Must be paid in full. |
| Cancellations | Cancellations are handled by Retention 3rd Party or by TECO via a sent file. Agents who receive a cancellation request from a TECO customer should handle the call directly.  INFORM customers: There is a payment lag of 60 days after enrollment before the actual credit is applied. Billing may continue for up to 60 days following cancellation |
