Sears P3 Enrollments and Renewals
New customers enrolling into a Sears Home Warranty will all be enrolling into a new simplified Sears P3 plan beginning September 2022.
In August 2022 we will begin distributing updated Sears renewal letters advising that all current Sears warranty customers will also be renewing into a new Sears P3 plan.
Renewal letters will include the customer's updated Declaration Page and Simplified Terms and Conditions.
The three plan options are: P3 Complete Home, P3 Appliances, and P3 Built In Systems.
Updates include:
- Simplified easier to understand terms and conditions
- Additional covered parts and components with less exclusions
- Lower cap limits
- Will Continue to receive 2 PM visits per year (Downsell Plans Excluded)
- Will Continue to receive 25% off of Non Covered Repairs
- Some renewing customers will see premium and deductible increases based on their location
- All plans will now have a $100 deductible
- Deductible owed for each Appliance in an Appliance Multi-item initiation.
