The Cinch Repair + Replace Premier Plan offers customers the same comprehensive protection as the Repair + Replace plan, with the added benefit of the Premier Upgrade Package (PUP), Outside Line Coverage, and the NEW Roof Leak Repair Reimbursement coverage

Membership Call Handling
IF you receive a call from a DTC customer requesting enrollment, THEN follow existing procedures to complete their request.
All other departments will transfer to the dedicated DTC line: [877-375-1572].

For initiation and service jobs, follow-ups - transfer to claims.

New DTC GBB cell codes WILL NOT populate in TIMX for potential customers with a property address in an exclusion state.

- P3 Cinch 50k REPAIR+REPLACE
Select the desired plan by price. The Better Plan is the higher cost option.

Probe for discovery and identify the best plan for the customer based on coverage needs.
The 40% offer is a LAST RESORT TOOL
Offer additional and optional items, including PUP and deductibles.
- To change the deductible amount from the default deductible ($150), select the Options tab and click the down arrow button by the Deductible Amt tab to view deductible options.

- Relay the appropriate enrollment scripts and disclaimers and set appropriate expectations.
