Starting June 2026, Cinch Home Services will test two new for the DTC Better and Best Plans.

  1. Standard 30-day review period
  2. Regional Pricing based on the zip code
  3. Plan covers up to of 25 essential appliances and major system components
  4. Deductible options ($100, $125,$150)
  5. $2,000 Appliance Cap
  6. Covers unknown pre-existing conditions, rust & corrosion, & water sediment
  7. Industry-leading 180-day workmanship guarantee on covered repairs

Cinch Repair + Replace (Better)

The Cinch Repair + Replace Plan provides customers with coverage for 11 appliances and 26 system parts.

Cinch Repair + Replace Premier (Best)

The Cinch Repair + Replace Premier Plan offers customers the same comprehensive protection as the Repair + Replace plan, with the added benefit of the Premier Upgrade Package (PUP), Outside Line Coverage, and the NEW Roof Leak Repair Reimbursement coverage

Membership Call Handling

IF you receive a call from a DTC customer requesting enrollment, THEN follow existing procedures to complete their request.

In TIMX SCM, both plans are categorized under:

Notes
New DTC GBB cell codes WILL NOT populate in TIMX for potential customers with a property address in an exclusion state.

  2. P3 Cinch 50k REPAIR+REPLACE
Select the desired plan by price. The Better Plan is the higher cost option. 


Sales Reminders: 

  1. Probe for discovery and identify the best plan for the customer based on coverage needs. 
  2. The 40% offer is a LAST RESORT TOOL
  3. Offer additional and optional items, including PUP and deductibles.
    1. To change the deductible amount from the default deductible ($150), select the Options tab and click the down arrow button by the Deductible Amt tab to view deductible options.

  4. Relay the appropriate enrollment scripts and disclaimers and set appropriate expectations.
  5. Review Auto-Summary Notes and Document the account
