Reinstate Member Broker

Purpose

Use this procedure to reinstate a cancelled Member Broker (main office) account. 

Process

Click on the HMS icon, select CCM Search.

 

Search for the Broker
  1. Conduct a search using the Broker Number using the Search Icon
    1.  If the broker number is not available, search using one option at a time in the order below
      1. Main office telephone number
      2.  Main office name
      3. Main office address
      4. Broker Name

Select the Cancellation Reason tab from within the Broker's account
  1. Expiration Date Field: enter the appropriate expiration date
    1. To make the reinstatement effective today, enter yesterday's date

 

Add Comments and Save

  1. Comment Title:  enter Reinstate
  2. Comments:  enter appropriate comments. (e.g., per email from AE Katie... (your first initial, last name))
