Cinch Real Estate Inbound Reinstate Contract Process
This process is used when an expired or cancelled contract needs to be reinstated. Follow the process below:
- Contract can be reinstated within 30 days without an inactive period.
- If the contract is outside of 30 days from the effective date but within 90 days, reinstate contract with 30 days inactive period.
- If the contract is more than 90 days inactive, management approval is required.
- Contact a member of the management team or send an email to servicecenter@cinchhs.com
To reinstate the contract:
- Click the Menu Options tab, then select Reinstate Contract .
- Enter Reinstatement Date and click Save .
