Cinch Real Estate Inbound Reinstate Contract Process

This process is used when an expired or cancelled contract needs to be reinstated. Follow the process below:
  1. Contract can be reinstated within 30 days without an inactive period.
  2. If the contract is outside of 30 days from the effective date but within 90 days, reinstate contract with 30 days inactive period.
  3. If the contract is more than 90 days inactive, management approval is required.
    1. Contact a member of the management team or send an email to servicecenter@cinchhs.com  
To reinstate the contract:
  1. Click the Menu Options tab, then select Reinstate Contract .

  2. Enter Reinstatement Date and click Save .
