Cinch Real Estate: Handyman and Wholesale Club Benefit
Purpose
To provide instructions for sending and receiving reimbursement benefits.
You can also refer to the attachment at the bottom of this article.
Handyman Benefit
Please click here if a new Progressive (Insurance) customer calls about the Handyman Benefit.
Eligibility
- Available to Real Estate customers.
- Applies during the first year of coverage.
- Services must be performed on the covered property.
Benefit
- Reimburses up to $100 for professional handyman services.
Limitations
- Covered warranty work is excluded.
- The maximum reimbursement is $100 per paid invoice.
- If the paid invoice total is less than $100, reimbursement is limited to the amount paid.
Examples of Non-Warranty Home Services Covered by the Handyman Benefit
- Repairs
- Installation
- Upgrades
- Painting
- Systems or appliance maintenance
- Exterior maintenance
- Yard maintenance
- Cleaning services
How It Works
Hire, pay, and submit your handyman service invoice for review.
- Hire a Professional Handyman to complete the job. (excludes covered warranty work).
- Pay the Handyman directly and request an invoice that includes:
- Handyman company letterhead (logo), name, address, and phone number.
- Address where the services were provided. (must match the covered property address.)
- Description of services rendered.
- Invoice marked PAID. (DO NOT send in a cancelled check or credit card statement)
- Write your Cinch Home Services, Plan Number, and Phone Number on your invoice
- Submit to one of the following:

Documents are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt. Upon approval, please allow 14 days for receipt of your reimbursement check via USPS.
Wholesale Club Reimbursement Benefit
Eligibility
- Available to Real Estate customers.
- Applies during the first year of coverage.
- Services must be performed on the covered property.
Benefit Guidelines
- Available upon enrollment
- A one-time reimbursement up to $130 for Wholesale Club Membership
- Must be purchased for the address enrolled in the property

How It Works
Sign up, pay, and submit your handyman service invoice for review.
- Sign up for an annual Wholesale Club Membership.
- Pay for the Membership
- Keep the paid receipt.
- Gather your documentation
- Include the following on the invoice
- Cinch Home Services Plan Number
- Membership level enrolled
- Phone number
- Date enrolled
- Proof of payment (paid receipt)
- Submit documentation to one of the following:

Support Services Reimbursement Process
Once the reimbursement is processed, the payment information will be displayed in the Claims History page in SCM.
- If the customer has not received a response on their submitted invoice, they can resubmit to Support Services
- If the customer has not received their check, the call can be transferred to Customer Service.
