ReKey Benefit

ReKey Benefit

Cinch will provide Yr 0 Real Estate Buyer customers a referral to pre-screened rekey vendors in their service area who will provide the service at a discounted rate.

ReKey Service is available one time during the term of the plan and includes the rekey of up to 6 keyholes (including deadbolts) and 4 copies of the key(s) total.

This benefit is only available to customers where Cinch has a contracted locksmith in their area. If no vendor displays in MyAccount, the benefit is not available.
  1. Advise customer that the benefit is not available at this time and no reimbursement option is available.

Process

  1. Customer visits MyAccount for ReKey Services.
  2. MyAccount presents the ReKey Vendor who services their property address.
  3. Customer contacts the ReKey Vendor directly to schedule service, mentioning they are a Cinch customer.
  4. ReKey Vendor performs service at a set/discounted rate and customer pays the vendor directly.
