Search for SP's
When you receive a warm lead, search SB before entering it into CRM.
- Hover over 'Admin'
- Select 'Service Provider Maintenance'
- Enter the 'Company Name' and select 'search'
- If it comes back 'no records found', it is ok to reach out to that SP
- If an account comes up, check to see if they are active or inactive
- Check the Account Status on the front page. Active or Inactive?
- Go to the back page by selecting 'Service Job Maintenance.'
- Check the 'Service Job Status' Active or Inactive?
- Active/Active - Do not reach out. That SP is actively working with Cinch
- Active/Inactive or Inactive/Inactive - OK to reach out
- Before reaching out, check the comments that may be entered on the front page for any statements that may indicate 'not eligible to 're-recruit'
- To re-recruit -For all warm leads received (exception: those by your Area Manager), you must reach out to your Area Manager (AM) to ask if it is ok to bring the SP back on (email with company name and account number)
- If you already created their record in CRM and they are currently active with Cinch, change the status to 'Decline/Cinch Decline/Already a Service Provider
Capacity Fill
Using an existing SP to fill a county or zip codes that are near or next to their coverage area
- Get the list of zip codes for that county by using 'Get Zips' or Google
- In Get Zips, enter the county and state, then search
- Go to ServiceBench. Hover over 'Jobs' and select 'Service Locator'
- Select the Service job type - 'Carry into'
- Enter one of the zip codes from the list into 'Postal Code'
- Select an item from the trade in the 'Product Code'
- Clothes Dryer Electric - Appliance
- Toilet - Plumbing
- Straight Cool Split - HVAC
- Main Panel - Electrical
- Select 'Search'
- Look for providers that have 'NO' in the In Master Coverage and have Low Distance (miles)
- Copy the account number for any of the SP's you want to look at (one at a time)
- Hover over 'Admin' and select 'Service Provider Maintenance'
- Paste the account number and search
- Select Service Job Maintenance (look to see if they are active/active)
- Select 'Master Coverage'
- Scroll the zip codes
- Hit 'control F' to search each of the zip code pages for the zip codes on the list
- The SP must agree to take at least 60% of the zip codes on the list that we need
- You can offer a travel fee if the SP requests it (1.25 per mile). If SP requests a large dollar travel fee, reach out to the AM for approval
- Once a provider says yes, send an email to Admin to add the zip codes to the provider's profile, then send an email to the provider to accept the zip codes.
