Declaration Page

The Declaration (Dec) Page is a summary of plan coverage. An Agreement Coverage Summary Page is included to list the exact coverage that is available/purchased for the covered property, as well as any amendments to the coverage.

The Agreement Coverage Summary Page/Declaration Page includes the:
  1. Contract Number
  2. Covered Property
  3. Effective Date & Expiration Date
  4. Deductible Amount
  5. Outlines plan coverage, inclusions, exclusions, and state specific information

Generating the Declaration (Dec) Page

  1. Open Customer Record.
  2. Under TIMX Navigation, select TP DEC Page.

  3. Update pop-up with customer specific information.
    1. Contract Number
    2. Renewal Number
    3. Product Type

  4. Declaration Page will display.
