Indicators that the Customer has PUP Coverage Built into their Contract in TIMX SCM

 

·       *Complete Home Preferred Plans - The Plan field in TIMX SCM shows “468 + PUP” AND the Option field shows $0 indicating that the PUP Coverage has been embedded into the customer’s plan.

·       *TotalProtect Enhanced Premier Plan- The Plan field in TIMX SCM shows “TotalProtect Enhanced Prem” AND the Option field shows $0 indicating that the PUP Coverage has been embedded into the customer’s plan.

·       *SystemsProtect Enhanced Premier Plan - The Plan field in TIMX SCM shows “SystemsProtect Enhanced Premier” AND the Option field shows $0 indicating that the PUP Coverage has been embedded into the customer’s plan.

·       *Under “YOUR PLAN COVERS” on the Dec Page lists that PUP Coverage is covered on this plan up to $1,000.

·       *When the customer’s claim is being processed, the PREMIUM UPGRADE field will show a dollar amount.
