TIMX SCM Menu Options

TIMX SCM Menu Options

The menu option icon displays a window with a list of available menu buttons for that contract.  A warranty record must be displayed in order to view the Menu Option window.

From this menu, agents can perform a variety of account-related tasks, including:
  1. Requesting a Fulfillment (Welcome) Kit
  2. Documenting the account
  3. Managing account status
  4. Reviewing claim history
  5. Updating contact information
  6. And more
