Relocate an Agent to a Different Office Process


  1. In TIMX, from the toolbar click HMS and CCM Search

 

  1. Conduct a search for the new office the Agent is transferring to (main telephone number, office address, etc.).
    1. Collect the office ID, address, all phone numbers
    2. RASL number
  2. Conduct a search to locate the agent.

 

  1. In the Expiration Date field, enter the appropriate date to expire from the old office.  

 

     5. Save .
