Weichert 10% Discount

Purpose 

This policy outlines the eligibility criteria and processing procedures for applying the Weichert 10% discount for warranty enrollments. It ensures consistent application and accurate accounting of the discount.

Eligibility

  1. The discount is available only for first-time enrollments (Year 0).
  2. The Weichert agent or office must be associated with Main Office ID 11015.
  3. The agent must explicitly request the discount at the time of enrollment.
  4. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including:
    1. Preferred Plan discounts
    2. Plus Plan discounts
    3. Agent discounts

Discount Application

  1. The 10% discount applies to the total warranty cost, including both seller and buyer coverage.
  2. If the warranty includes both seller and buyer coverage, the discount can be processed using manual documentation.
  3. If the warranty is seller-only, an email must be sent to the Service Center to request a manual invoice.

Tracking and Compliance

  1. All Weichert discounts must be recorded in the designated tracker for auditing and reconciliation.
  2. It is the responsibility of the processing agent to ensure the discount is properly documented and compliant with this policy.
