NICE

Agents use NICE to:
  1. View and update your schedule
  2. View stats for calls
  3. Schedule time off

View and Update Schedule

  1. The home page will reflect your schedule for the day (it can change daily)
  2. It will include breaks and lunch
  3. OPEN indicates when you are on the phones
  4. To change breaks and lunches (These changes do not need approval)
    1. Select ‘Schedule’
    2. ‘My schedule’
    3. Scroll to the day you wish to change
    4. Click on the cloud to edit the start and end time
    5. Select ‘Submit’
    6. Email command center if you need the AUX code to be changed (i.e. from OPEN to training).

View Your Stats

  1. Select 'Stats Viewer
  2. View 'Outbound contacts' (By EOD it should say at least 58 - 60 calls).

Schedule Time Off

  1. Select Time Off Manager
  2. Select ‘Recruiter’ next to the year you wish to request time off for
  3. You will see how much you have earned, taken and how much time you have available (‘debited’)
  4. Scroll to the calendar. Any fields that are grey are available to be scheduled for time off.
  5. Complete all of the fields then select ‘Submit’
  6. If a day you wish to take off is RED, it means someone has already requested to take that day off.
  7. You can still request the day off but ‘Wait List’ will be selected from the dropdown
  8. An email will be sent to the command center and your supervisor who can approve or deny that day off
  9. If the day you need to take off is white, you will need to email the command center requesting the day off. They will respond with an approval or denial.

Ultipro -Submit your Timesheet

Timesheets are due before 2:00 PM on the Monday of each pay week.

  1. Select Time Management
    1. Review your time sheet.
  2. If you scroll to the bottom, it will show you your hours by day.
  3. Select ‘Submit’
