Cinch MPP09 Texas includes coverage for re-key services in the base plan for customers in the metropolitan areas of Austin, Dallas, Houston, El Paso and San Antonio.

1. RE-Key Service: $75 for a one-time Re-key of up to six keyholes along with four new keys.
· Covered: For lost your keys or to ensure only authorized access to the covered property.
· Items not covered include: sliding doors; garage door openers, replacement of deadbolts, knobs or associated hardware; broken or damaged locks; padlocks; gate, window, file cabinet, safe, desk or mailbox locks; or any other services provided by the locksmith. You will be responsible for payment directly to the locksmith for any additional services.
2. Salt Water Swimming Pool and/or Spa or Combination (shared equipment) (Buyer Option Only)
· Description of Covered items: All covered items listed under Swimming Pool and/or Spa or Combination (shared equipment) and Heater for Swimming Pool and/or Spa; and including saltwater cell and circuit board.
· Saltwater cell - The cell is the part of the system that actually converts Salt (NaCl) to Chlorine. Water passes through the cell and over solid titanium plates that are coated with either ruthenium or iridium, which are naturally occurring metals. As a charge is sent to the cell from the control board and electrolysis occurs resulting in the production of chlorine.
· Circuit Board - The working end of the machine, the cell, receives its charge from the Control Board. The primary function of the control board is to provide electricity to the cell, and allow the user to control how much electricity is sent to the cell, thus controlling how much chlorine is produced. The primary component of the control board is an internal circuit board.
· Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered: All non-covered items listed under Swimming Pool and/or Spa or Combination (shared equipment) and Heater for Swimming Pool and/or Spa; including salt; panel box; and dials. In no event shall we be liable for claims in excess of $1,500 in the aggregate per Agreement term, with respect to Saltwater Swimming Pool and/or Spa or Combination optional coverage.
