Eligible customers can take advantage of the Air Filter Benefit, managed by FilterTime.
Customers who qualify are advised in their Welcome Kit they should expect the FilterTime email within 30 days after the first warranty payment.

This benefit provides $25 off their initial subscription order when they sign up for automatic delivery of HVAC filters.
  1. Advise the customer to check their email for a message containing a $25 credit link. From there, they can select the desired filter size and quantity to complete their purchase.

  2. If customer states email is unavailable, direct to the following URL:https://cinch.filtertime.com/cinch-offer to follow the Filter process and receive their $25 benefit.
