· Sears Downsell (Value) plans do not include the preventative maintenance.
· Air Conditioning maintenance visit period is available in the spring from February 1st through May 15th
· Heating system maintenance visit period is available in the fall from August 1st through November 15th
“Make-up” PM visits are not allowed when the visit period has expired and a refund is not provided for missed PM checks.
· Do not ask probing questions to determine if the customer has more than one unit. The customer will need to specify if they have more than one unit and would like to have all of them checked during the Preventative Maintenance visit.
· If the customer states that they have more than one HVAC system (up to three) within the home, and would like a preventative maintenance check on each:
o Document in the Special Instructions and Comments how many units need to be checked by the technician.
· The Service Partner will not be able to add additional units to the request once they are at the home.
· Select the Location – VERIFY
· Enter in the Special Instructions and Comments the number of units to be checked
· Once the Service Job is assigned to a service company and submitted, the service job information and PM checklist is automatically sent to the Service Partner.
