This script is used if a customer calls us regarding the outreach contact (letter or call) they received from SKO Brenner.

 

 

ADVISE

 

- Mr./Ms. _____, at this time, we are not using an external collection agency.  You were contacted by our internal Accounts Receivable outreach department in an attempt to collect the unpaid balance in the amount of <amount> on your <product name>.

- I can collect the payment for the unpaid balance.


 If the customer agrees to pay, collect the payment.  Once collected or if the customer refuses to pay, go to Close.
