Enrollment Process

Before you enroll your customer into one of the Cinch Electronics plans, always perform an address search to verify they don't already have an electronics plan.

Enter 'ci' in the Find field to quickly access the Client ID for CCHS House Account for Financial Channel (CINCHX)



Select 'REF' for Referral as the Product Type: 



Select the appropriate Cell Code for the Electronics Essential Plan or Electronics Complete Home Plan. 

Select the correct plan from the Select a Plan drop-down. 



Once the plan is selected, you will see the effective date, contract number, and the plan's name:
