Cinch Success Standards Two-Pager

Cinch Success Standards Two-Pager

Overview

There are times when a service provider may ask for a document to help their technicians or office staff quickly understand the Cinch process. This two-page document provides that support by highlighting the key standards and expectations of working with our warranty company.

Process

When a new or existing service provider asks for a simplified document to share with their technicians or office staff on how to work with Cinch, the Area Manager can email the attached document, based on trade, to that service partner. The email can be tailored depending on the content requested or how the service partner asks for the information.

This document can also be included with your onboarding recap email or used if you notice a company is struggling and frequently asking questions about what is required on jobs. The documents are trade-specific, and each one focuses on the information needed for each particular trade.
