Travel Fee's & Master Coverage Verification

Travel Fee's & Master Coverage Verification

This procedure is used to verify if the Service Professional’s profile indicates that they service the customer’s area when they are requesting a Travel Fee.
  1. If the customer’s zip code is listed in the Master Coverage area, inform the technician that they should not charge for an area listed under their profile.
  2. If the customer’s zip code is not listed in the Master Coverage area, verify the distance from the provider’s office to the customer’s home by using Google. Cinch will approve a Travel Fee for 25 miles and over starting at $1/mile.

Process

Follow the steps below to verify the Service Professional’s Master Coverage area.
  1. Click the Service Provider hyperlink.

  2. The Service Provider Rate Info pop-up box will display.

  3. The Service Professional’s Profile will display, click Master Coverage.

  4. Enter the customer’s Zip Code, then click Search.
