Appliance Replacement Feature Matching Guide

General Guidelines

What we match:
  1. Stainless Steel or equivalent (black stainless, slate, black slate) matched with an equivalent when available.
  2. Width & Capacity - Match within standard width and capacity (unless no longer manufactured).
  3. Fuel Source (Electric, Gas, LP, Dual Fuel).
  4. Voltage (120 or 240) and Power Cord (3 Prong or 4 Prong)
What we do not match:
  1. Features that do not support primary functions, smart features, or wi-fi capability.
  2. Brand (unless specified by warranty).
  3. Features that are no longer offered on standard units.
Expanded Definition of Ultra-Premium:
  1. Additional brands not listed in warranty: Café, Gaggenau, Bertazzoni, Ilve, La Cornue, BlueStar.
  2. Ultra-Premium Design: Built-In Refrigerator, Rangetops, Island, Chimney, Pull-Out, and Custom Insert Hoods, appliances classified by the manufacturer as "professional-grade", "commercial-style", or "luxury".

Clothes Washer & Dryer

  1. Design Type: Standalone, Stackable, Steam, Compact, Laundry Center, etc.
  2. Load Type: Front Load, Top Load (Agitator), Top Load (Impeller)
  3. Capacity (cu. ft.): Exact Match or within .5 cu. ft.
  4. Control Type: Digital, Knob
  5. Cycles and Temperatures will be matched based as close as possible to existing unit.

Range/Cooktop/Oven

  1. Design Type: Freestanding, Slide-In, Drop-In, Rangetops (will match cooktop modules as well)
  2. Surface Type: Smooth Top, Modular, Fixed Burner
  3. Vent Type: Standard, Downdraft
  4. Burner Type & Quantity: Standard, Smooth Top, Induction, Sealed; Will match quantity of burners.
    1. Also match BTU or "Power Burner" output and quantity
  5. Oven Design: Single, Double, or Microwave Combo
  6. Oven Cook Type: Standard, Convection
  7. Oven Clean Type: Standard, Self-Clean, Self-Clean w/ Steam, Continuous

Dishwasher

  1. Design Type: Built-In, Single Drawer, Double Drawer
  2. Control Type: Standard, Electronic, Hidden
  3. Tub: Plastic or Stainless 
  4. Cycles will be matched as close as possible to existing, and will match sanitizing wash.
  5. Wash Arms will match for upper and lower, prefer but cannot guarantee bottle jets or rear jets.

Microwave

  1. Design Type: Over-the-Range, Built-In (Countertop w/Trim Kit), Combo Wall Oven
  2. Cook Type: Standard, Convection, Speed Cook/Advantium (GE)
  3. Capacity (cu. ft.): Exact Match or with .2 cu. ft.
  4. Other Features: Will match watts, vent type, and trim kit size

Range Exhaust Hood

  1. Mount Type: Under Cabinet (Standard), Wall Mount, Island, Downdraft (Coverage is contract specific)

Refrigerator/Freezer

  1. Design Type: Top Freezer, Bottom Freezer, Side-by-Side, French Door, Built-In (Coverage is contract specific)
    1. We do not match Double Drawer, Four Door, Door-in-Door, View Screen/Glass, and TV.
  2. Capacity (cu. ft.): Exact match or within 2 cu. ft. if not available from distributors.
  3. Depth: Standard and Counter Depth (we do not match specific measurements for depth)
  4. Width: Match within standard widths and no greater than 4 inches narrower or 2 inches wider.
  5. Icemaker/Dispenser: Internal Icemaker/Dispenser and In-Door Icemaker/Dispenser
