When a Weichert Agent calls in to enroll a warranty:

  •    Weichert 10% discount has to be corporate offices ONLY
  •    Check the Agent profile and verify that they are reporting to Weichert MB # 11015 office
  •    If they are reporting to a “Branch” then confirm that the Branch is reporting to the “Main” 11015
  •    All “Branch” reporting to Main MB #11015 gets the 10% discount after TAXES
  •    SHW also gets the discount
  •  If they enroll online and call in; you can still send the discount manual invoice. We do not have to cancel and re-     enroll as long as the warranty was not paid in full
  •    If the warranty was paid in full for any reason-then refer the REA back to Weichert
  •    The discount should only be applied if the Weichert Agent asks for it.
    • It should not be proactively offered.
