New home buyers will be offered a $50.00 discount on a home warranty with PUP coverage, if they select the $200.00 deductible plan.

  • This discount will be pre-calculated and reflected in the price listed in TIMX SCM.
  • The plans affected are MPP09, MPP09A and MPP11.
  • The discount is not offered in IA, MA, and AZ.
  • The effective date is 1/1/2020.
  • The warranty product without PUP coverage will not be discounted and is available at the regular price.

 

Suggested Scripting

"We have a promotion on now. You automatically receive a $50.00 discount on your warranty purchase. Your price today is $XX.XX........."

OR

"If you purchase this exact warranty with the additional PUP coverage, you will receive a $50.00 dollar discount."
