Transfer an Agent to a Different Office Process


  1. In TIMX, from the toolbar, click HMS and CCM Search

 

  1. Search for the new office using the  main telephone number, office address, etc., for the office the agent is transferring to 

    1. Collect the office ID, address, and all phone numbers
    2. RASL number

  2. Search to locate the agent. 

  1. In the Expiration Date field, enter the appropriate date to expire from the old office.
 

     5. Save
