Deactivate an Agent

Deactivate an Agent Process


        1. In TIMX, from the toolbar click HMS and CCM Search

 

        2. Conduct a search to locate the agent.

 

        3. Change the CCM Status to Blank.

        

        4. Click on the Cancellation Reason tab.

        5. From the Cancellation Reason Code dropdown, select Other Circumstances.

        6. Enter the appropriate comments in the Comments field

a.    No longer a practicing Agent, Retired or Deceased

b.    Include your initials

       7. In the Effective Date field, enter today’s date

       8. If additional comments are needed, click on the Comment tab

     

        9. Save .
