Goodman Home Solutions is now being assigned to service Cinch warranty customers for appliances in specific zip codes.
Goodman will service specific appliance brands:
- LG
- Samsung
- Frigidaire
- GE
- Whirlpool
- Electrolux
Goodman technicians will update service report information, order parts through Marcone, and submit claims using the Cinch Pro app (Not Batch Invoice).
Technicians will call into authorizations for assistance for the following:

Parts NLA | Send to research on original job, No Parts Procurement |
Item Non-Repairable | Business As Usual: Review and make decision, send to research for replacement |
Claim Credits / Partial Denial / Cap Out | Business As Usual: Call customer, Approve Claim, Complete Job |

- $118 flat labor rate (non-sealed system repairs and includes the diagnosis fee)
- $254 flat labor rate (sealed system/tub repairs and includes the diagnoses fee)
- $118 diagnosis fee (only applies if no repair was done)
- Labor Recall 90 days
