Cinch has entered into a partnership with Beagle Services to better service our customers. Beagle will service our customers plumbing service requests within certain zip codes.

Beagle Services has a 1 year service guarantee.

How It Works

When a customer places a plumbing request in one of the serviced zip codes:
  1. The request will be assigned to Beagle Services based on servicers availability. The Beagle team will identify requests needing dispatched and assign them to a technician.
  2. Beagle will update the Service Job in CinchPro to indicate the customer has confirmed appointment.
  3. Beagle will reach out to the customer within 24 hours to schedule their appointment via phone, text, and email.
  4. Beagle will provide all parts for basic repair needs. Cinch will handle the sourcing of Water heaters
    1. If for any reason the repair cannot be completed or is not covered, Beagle will send a notification to the Cinch Decision Desk.
  5. Beagle will manage customer communication every step of the way unless a replacement decision is made.
    1. If the decision to replace the Water Heater is made, Beagle will update our Parts Sourcing Team through CinchPro. Cinch will source the Water Heater for Beagle to pick up at the nearest designated location.

Collecting Payment

When initiating a Beagle Service Request, ‘SP WILL COLLECT’ CANNOT be selected for any reason during the deductible collection. You may waive the payment IF a standard waive reason applies.

Appointment Confirmation

Once Beagle dispatches the request to a technician, the customer will receive an automated confirmation message via email, SMS, and/or phone call. The confirmation will include:
  1. Appointment Date
  2. Technician Contact information
On the day of the appointment, Beagle will provide the customer with a link to track the appointment arrival and completion of the request via text of email.

Standard Plumbing

  1. Diagnostic Fee: $100
  2. Parts & Labor: $100/hr

Water Heater Replacement

  1. Diagnostic Fee: $100
  2. Parts & Labor: $100/hr plus 10% on materials

Garbage Disposals

  1. 1/3 or ½ HP: $250
  2. ¾ or 1 HP: $350
  3. Batch Fed Disposal: $400
