DTC: Proof Of Coverage (POC) Process
Purpose
Waive the 30-day review period for customers who can provide evidence of an active warranty to avoid a lapse in coverage.
Guidelines
- Proof of Coverage documentation MUST be received and validated before a waived 30-day
review period enrollment is created.
- All Proof of Coverage (POC) enrollments MUST be created within the TIMX Production environment only and NOT through the Salesforce Agent Enrollment Flow Portal.
Process
- Ask the customer to email their POC documents to you (Sales Representative).
- Validate and approve POC documentation provided by the customer.

- In TIMX, backdate the Enrollment “Application Date” 30 days before the enrollment date to waive the review period
- Save the POC documents to the designated shared folder.
- Update the POC log for tracking purposes.

- Confirm the 30-day review period is waived on the enrollment.
