Zoho: Communications

Inside a Zoho Case you can click on the Communications Tab to view certain communications sent to the Customer by Cinch.
Useful info displayed:
  1. Service Job #
  2. Subject of the communication
  3. Date and Time Sent
  4. Media: SMS or Email


Click on the + to expand each section and view the message sent to the customer.



Communications displayed today are related to Confirmed Appointment scheduling,  Appointment Reminders, Technician CinchPro updates like Tech on the way, and Job Cancellation. 

Note: The following communications will not display today:
  1. Sears Assigned Job Communications
  2. Initial Job Creation Email
  3. Mail Correspondence requested info
  4. APO Instructions
  5. Replacement Options Emails
  6. Part or Order updates
  7. Etc.
