Welcome Kit


Welcome Kit  is a package of program/product information that is mailed to the homeowner within 7 to 10 business days outlining the features, coverage and benefits of their product.

Depending upon the program/product, the welcome kit package contains:

·       Welcome Letter

·       Terms and conditions (warranty service agreement)

·       Appliance Buyline terms and conditions

·       Declaration page (coverage summary page), which includes all of the specific coverage information for the property, including:

·        

o   Property owner’s name, address, contract number

o   Purchased optional/additional Coverage

o   State specific information

o   Purchase type

o   Deductible

o   Contract amount

o   Effective and expiration date

·       Some welcome kits also contain seasonal tips

Welcome Kits will be sent as follows:

·       Year 0- Year 1: The system will automatically generate and send to customers

·       Year 2: Only 50% will automatically generate and send to customers

·       Year 3 & up: No Welcome Kits will be generated unless the customer requests it (Please do not initiate the request)
