Practicing Calls in SIMS

  2. Log into Vistio with your company login https://servicesim.app.vistio.io/
  3. Select ‘Service Network Recruiters’
  4. Choose one of the scenarios from the dropdown
  5. Either type in your response or select the ‘Audio enable’ toggle to speak your response
  6. Once you are done with the scenario, select ‘Evaluate’ and select ‘Continue’
  7. Review your feedback
  8. If you wish to keep the feedback, copy and paste to a word document
  9. Select ‘X’ to close out the feedback
  10. Select ‘Share’
  11. Click in ‘Select Reviewer’ and choose Latoya Elliot
  12. Add any comments
  13. Select ‘Send Transcript’
  14. Your calls can be reviewed in the ‘History’ tab (without the feedback)
