This process is used to update and/or make corrections to a member broker's account.
1. Click on the HMS icon, select CCM Search.
2. Conduct a search using the broker number. (if not provided, search by main office phone number, address, office name or broker's name)
a. Main office telephone number, click Search icon
b. if no result, search by Main office name, click Search icon
c. if no results, search by Main office address, click Search icon
d. if no results, search by Broker Name, click Search icon
3. If making a change to the address, copy the original address and paste in the Comment tab.
Example Comment: per email from AE Katie, changed from 123 ABC Dr to 123 DEF Ct ..(your first initial and last name)
5. After comments have been entered, enter the new address.
6. Save
