Matrix – a spreadsheet that outlines the State -client specific description of available coverage and terms. It also includes the plan name, the states the plan is available in, properties eligible for coverage, plan price, and if available, the optional and additional coverage pricing. It also includes all coverage addendums applicable to the contract and state specifics.
The State-client specific Matrix is an internal tool used by all associates to determine available coverage and pricing. This guide is useful when referring the homeowner to their Agreement Coverage Summary Page (Declaration Page) while explaining coverage and also when processing Cinch enrollments.
The matrices can also be located in TIMX Claims when the Contract button is selected. Once selected, the customer’s specific plan coverage will display. This process will be discussed and practiced during the computer application module, however, the following pages are examples of what the matrices look like and how the information is laid out.
