State and Client Matrix

State and Client Matrix

What Is A Matrix

A Matrix is a spreadsheet that shows state‑ and client‑specific coverage information for Cinch home warranty plans.

The Matrix includes:
  1. Plan name
  2. States where the plan is available
  3. Eligible property types
  4. Plan price
  5. Optional and additional coverage prices (if available)
  6. Coverage addendums
  7. State-specific coverage rules and limits.

Purpose of the State-Client Matrix

The State‑Client Matrix is an internal reference tool used by all associates.

Use the Matrix to:

  1. Confirm available coverage and pricing by state and client
  2. Explain coverage while reviewing the Agreement Coverage Summary Page (Declaration Page) with the homeowner
  3. Process Cinch enrollments accurately

Where to Find the Matrix

Matrices are located on SharePoint

The following attachments are examples that show:
  1. What matrices look like
  2. How coverage and pricing are organized.
