Sears: Scheduling A Return Repair Visit
Sears technicians schedule a tentative appointment after they have ordered parts and need a return visit to install.
If the customer receives all parts prior to the appointment, they can contact Sears using 1 of the 3 following methods to attempt to schedule an earlier appointment.
Keep in mind, there is no guarantee an earlier appointment will be available.
- By Phone
- Customer can call 1-800-905-9505.
- Email/Text Link
- In the confirmation email/text that is sent when Sears schedules the original appointment, there is a link the customer can click that will direct them to a page where they can check status or schedule service.
- URL
- Customer can go to https://www.aefactoryservice.com/ and click on the check status or schedule appointment boxes.
