Cinch and Sam's Club have partnered to offer Sam's Club Members the option to enroll in a Cinch Home Warranty.
Sam's Club Members can contact Cinch through their own dedicated customer service line at:
(866) 229-4584 

All Sam's Club plans have a $120 deductible. 

Suggested Script if customer states they were not advised of their coverage information:
“[customer name], I apologize the information shared during your enrollment discussion was not complete. Would you like me to review your coverage now?

You can also access your My Account portal where we recommend you review and download your warranty, as well as initiate a service request or check status if needed.”

Plans Offered

New Enrollments beginning July 2024 will be in one of 3 plans:
  1. Sam's Appliance Plus
    1. Surge ($500)
    2. Outside line coverage
  2. Sam's Complete Home Plus
    1. Surge ($1,500)
    2. Outside line coverage
  3. Sam's Complete Home Premium
    1. Surge ($2,500) 
    2. Outside line coverage
    3. HVAC Preventative Maintenance
For Surge Reimbursements the customer will contact Cynosure directly at 1-800-711-4280.

You may see other active Sam's Plans including: Sam's Appliance, Sam's Systems, and Sam's Complete Home.

System Identifier for PM
Zoho will reflect the following Product information to identify if a Sam's Club Plan includes Preventative Maintenance:
  1. SCCHPM (Complete Home + PM)
  2. SCCHPREM (Complete Home Premium)


TIMX SCM and ServiceBench will reflect the Plan Name:
  1. Complete Home - Cell Code in TIMX SCM will include "PM"
  2. Complete Home Premium cell code is STOCHPPM

Appliance PUP Reimbursement (Legacy Sam's Complete Home plans with PUP)

If a customer has non-covered charges associated with a covered Appliance repair or replacement where they had to pay a local licensed and insured company, then they can send in their documentation for a PUP reimbursement.

Suggested Script:
"To receive a reimbursement of your non-covered charges associated with your covered repair or replacement, you must contact a local licensed and insured service provider to complete the necessary upgrades, modifications, permits, disposal, etc.
Once complete, have the service provider give you an invoice that contains: 
  1. Your Contract and/or Service Job Number
  2. Your Name, Property Address where repairs were completed, and Phone Number
  3. The service provider's Name, Complete Address, and Phone Number
  4. A Detailed Description of the work performed
  5. An Itemized breakdown of Materials, Pricing, and Labor costs
  6. Total invoice showing Paid.

Enrollment

There are 2 programs running with Sam's Club: In-Store and Online.
 
  1. The In-Store program is where sales associates from a 3rd party vendor, Smart Circle (SCI) will sell our plans to Sam's Club shoppers and assist them with self-enrollment. In the event of technical issues, our Cinch Acquisition Team can complete the enrollment.

  2. The Online program is where Cinch banner ads are displayed on the Sam's Club website and directs the customer to a Cinch landing page where they can self-enroll or call the TFN listed to have our Cinch Acquisition Team complete the enrollment.

Enrollment Offers and Billing:
  1. 10% off monthly premium (in-store program); billing is immediate (day of enrollment)
  2. First month free for monthly and annual bill enrollments (online program); billing is on day 60
All customers are charged on the Enrollment Date.
