Reinstate Member Broker

Reinstate Main Office (Member Broker)

This  process is used when a member broker account needs to be reinstated.

 

  1. Click on the HMS icon, select CCM Search.

 

  1. Conduct a search using the broker number.  (if not provided, search by main office phone number, address, office name or broker's name)

    1. Main office telephone number, click Search icon

    2. if no result, search by Main office name, click Search icon

    3. if no results, search by Main office address, click Search icon

    4. if no results, search by Broker Name, click Search icon

 

  1. Click on the Cancellation Reason tab

    1. Expiration Date:  enter the appropriate expiration date (to make effective today, enter yesterday's date)

 

  1. Click on the Comments tab.

    1. Comment Title:  enter Reinstate

    2. Comments:  enter appropriate comment ex: per email from AE Katie... (your first initial last name)

  1. Save
