Quickbase Follow Up Entry Process

In order to maximize efficiency, Quickbase is used by "on phone" Associates to initiate follow up requests for activities that will be completed by an "off phone" team.

Quickbase Follow-Ups

 

1.    Click the Follow Up Requests link

                             

2.    Click the Add New Follow Up button.  The Follow Up page is displayed.

                      

3.    Click the down arrow in the Reason for follow up field select the appropriate follow up reason.


 

 

4.    In the Customer Information section, input the customer's first and last name, address, city, state and zip, and phone number in the appropriate fields.

 

 

5.    Complete the fields in the Warranty Information section by clicking on the down arrow and selecting from a list or entering directly.

 

 

6.    Complete any required fields in the Request Details section and add appropriate notes in the Comments box.

 

 

7.    Click the Save button to submit the follow up request.
