PR-Order Cancellation: Creating Exception

The PR-Order Cancellation Exception is created when the order is no longer needed because a different resolution was provided (SP was able to get parts, customer cancelled repair, etc.), and ONLY when the agent does not have access to cancel the order directly. Creating this exception notifies Parts Sourcing that an order needs to be cancelled with the distributor. 
This exception is ONLY created by Escalations, Authorizations, and Support Services.
  1. Verify that the parts/equipment were ordered by Cinch.
  2. Create exception in a Open status.
  3. Enter all required information in the Exception Comment.
    1. Part/Equipment, Part#, Distributor, PO#, Reason
      Example: Dishwasher-GDT225SGLBB, GE/SIBI, PO# CHS100034684, Delay
  4. Enter all required information in the Service Job Comments using the below Note Template:
    1. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST:
      Part 1: Dishwasher-GDT225SGLBB, GE/SIBI, PO# CHS100034684, Delay
      Part 2: Drain Pump-WPW10348269, Reliable Parts, PO# 739876, No longer needed
