Used to capture the customer’s feedback/decision regarding options provided.

Customer Options

Used when documenting the final customer options with repair/replacement and claim credit information.

Claim Review

Authorizations, Support Services

Used for notes/comments regarding a claim under review.

Claim Credit Review

Support Services

Used for aging and output tracking when a claim credit is being reviewed and set up to pay.

Supporting Doc Review

Used for aging and output tracking when supporting documents, such as paid invoices or reports are received.
