MyAccount: Claim Credit-JP Morgan Concourse Payments
When options are ready for a customer to review, the Service Request in their MyAccount Portal will be updated with those options. If their decision is to accept the Claim Credit and they would like their funds transferred electronically, JP Morgan Concourse Payments can be selected.

We cannot email Accounts Payable to process or change a JP Morgan Concourse Payment.
Customer Process   
If customer requests assistance using their portal, use the below process to walk them through accepting the Claim Credit and selecting JP Morgan Concourse Payments.    
- In MyAccount, click  Service Requests. 
 
   
 
 - Select the correct  Service Request. 
     
 
 - Click  See Options  at bottom of  Service Order  screen. 
    
 
 - Options will display, select  Claim Credit.    
 
 Once Claim Credit has been accepted, the Select Payment Option button will become available. 
- Click  Select Payment Option  . 
   
 
 - On the  Claim Credit Disbursement  screen, select  JP Morgan Concourse Payments.    
 - Advise customer to verify the Email is correct and manually edit if necessary as this is where they will receive payment communications.

 
- Click the  Terms and Conditions  hyperlink to open and read, click the  Check Box  to agree, then click  Save  .

 - On the  Service Order  screen, Claim Credit information has now been updated to show the JP Morgan Concourse Payment  information.
