Home Essentials Preventative Maintenance Reimbursement Benefit

Customers enrolled in the Home Essentials plan will not have HVAC warranty coverage but will have 1 HVAC Preventative Maintenance Reimbursement Benefit of up to $100 per warranty term.
We will Not initiate PM service but will advise of the reimbursement instructions if the customer asks and we determine they are eligible for this benefit. 

Eligibility:
  1. System Identifier TIMX SCM and Zoho will reflect the Plan Name: P3V2Home ESS W/PMRBS



  2. Preventative Maintenance must have been completed during the active warranty term.
    1. We will honor reimbursement requests submitted after warranty expiration if service was performed during active period. 
  3. If the customer has a maintenance plan with a 3rd party, the customer can send in proof of the completed PM visit along with proof of their paid maintenance plan agreement for reimbursement review.  

Reimbursement Instructions

  1. Hire a licensed and insured Service Professional to provide a preventive maintenance check.
  2. Pay the Service Professional directly for the preventative maintenance check or as part of an annual maintenance program, and request an invoice that includes:
    1. Service Professional company letterhead with logo, name, address and phone number
    2. Address where the services were provided (must match covered property address listed on the Agreement)
    3. Description of services rendered and date completed
    4. Proof of paid invoice
  3. Write your Cinch Home Services plan number and phone number on your invoice and submit to one of the following:
    1. Email: SupportServices@cinchhs.com
    2. Fax: (954) 845-2280
    3. Mail: Cinch Home Services
      Attn: HVAC Maintenance Reimbursement

Upon approval, please allow 14 days for receipt of your reimbursement check via USPS.
 

Support Services Process

When creating the Reimbursement request in SB, select the product line item: 
PM Reimbursement $100



NoteWe will honor reimbursement requests submitted after warranty expiration if service was performed during the warranty's active period. 
If the customer has a maintenance plan with a 3rd party, the customer can send in proof of the completed PM visit along with proof of their paid maintenance plan agreement for reimbursement review.
