This process is used during the enrollment and the caller advises the referral did NOT come through a realtor (referral through friend, relative, etc.).
1. For all new enrollments, a property address search is mandatory, this will prevent duplicate enrollments. If the search does not generate an existing active warranty, proceed with the enrollment.
2. Ask the caller (if not the agent) if they were referred by an agent. If so, and the caller provides the necessary broker/agent's information, proceed with the enrollment and enter the proper broker and agent information. (see the appropriate Enrollment/Purchase types for specific enrollments instructions)
3. If the caller indicates they were NOT referred by an agent:
a. enter Account Executive (AE) account number, in the Broker Id field
b. in the agent field, select Agent Unknown
Account Executive (AE) account number enrollments, MUST only be used when there will never be a broker/real estate agent associated with the warranty. Examples: Open Direct or For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
