This contract is currently the only national warranty program that HMS has and the price is the same in every state. It is used for Relocation - National Accounts and Texas renewals ONLY.
1. The coverage is identical to the HMS Standard plan with the exception of limited liability caps.
2. The plan price is $395 with a $100 deductible.
3. Caps: $750 on appliances/ $1,500 on HVAC
4. Central vacuum cleaners are covered
5. No limits on Plumbing and Electric
6. The warranty is transferable ($25 processing fee)
7. The deductible is $100
8. Warranty is paid in full (no installments)
9. Fulfillment is sent once application is received
10. Covers two air condition units and one heating system (2 heat pumps)
11. No total aggregate
12. Water softeners and plumbing stoppages are covered in the base
13. Options/Additions are available for purchase
