CL-Autho Task: Creating Exception

The CL-Autho Task Exception is created when a Service Report and/or additional information is needed on a Service Job. Creating this exception notifies Support Services that the Service Provider needs to be contacted to obtain this information. 
  1. Create the exception in Open status.
  2. Enter the appropriate
    Comment exactly as shown below in the
    Exception Comment.

    Report Needed: A full service report is needed to make a job decision.

    Additional Information: Additional information is needed to process the service job and make a decision.

Automated CL-Autho Creation

With Service Report SP SLA Intervention in place, if a report has not been submitted in a certain time frame a CL-Autho Task will automatically be created in Zoho. Review the activities tab inside the case in Zoho to ensure we do not create a duplicate exception. 



Do Not Create CL-Autho Task Exceptions for jobs assigned to National Accounts: Sears, GE, Whirlpool, Motili, Goodman, etc.
