CinchPro Overview: Mobile App

The CinchPro Mobile App provides a way for Service Technicians to view and update all Service Jobs assigned by Cinch. Below is an overview of how the app works to assist Service Technician's with any questions they may have, however, for any in depth issue the technician will need to reach out to CinchPro Support Line (844) 866-1265.

The CinchPro App allows our Service Professionals to:
  1. View all jobs assigned in a dashboard view
  2. Review job details and edit select item details
  3. Confirm/Reject any new jobs dispatched
  4. Reschedule jobs
  5. Provide customer with updates when heading to home
  6. Submit estimates
  7. Collect customer payment
  8. Generate invoices for service technician payment
