Cancellation Process
|
- Cancel within 30 Days: can cancel coverage and no charges
- Cancellation After 30 Days No Claims: can cancel and billing
will stop. Cinch may charge the customer a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellation After 30 Days Claims Paid: Customers can cancel,
and billing will stop. Cinch may charge a $25 processing fee. The customer
would be responsible for the lesser of the remaining premium for the rest of
the year or the amount of the claim whichever is less.
