Cinch Real Estate Renewal - Reverse Contract

Purpose

Reverse Contract is used to remove inactive Seller Extension, Buyer Conversion, and Renewal requests when they were entered incorrectly, canceled or withdrawn, or the contract failed. 

Process

  1. From the Menu Options, click on Reverse Contract. 



  2. A pop-up message appears: “Reverse this Seller Extension/Conversion/Renewal Warranty.” Click Yes.



  3. Another pop-up message appears: “Warranty was reversed successfully, Continue.”  Click Yes.



  4. Once the warranty is reversed, it is highlighted in red on the HS Search Panel screen.

     
Notes
If funds have been applied, the message "You cannot reverse..." appears, and the reverse action is not allowed.
For a first-year BCW, the message "Cannot reverse first-year buyer conversion." appears, and the reverse action is not allowed.
