Cinch Renewal - Reverse Contract

Reverse Contract is used to delete/remove an inactive Seller Extension, Buyer Conversion and Renewal requests when it was entered incorrectly, cancelled/withdrawn or the contract failed.

 

1.    From the Menu Options, click on Reverse Contract.

 

 

 

2.    Once selected, a pop up message will appear, “Reverse this Seller Extension/Conversion/Renewal Warranty”.  Click Yes.

 

 

 

3.    Another message will appear, “Warranty was reversed successfully, Continue”.  Click Yes.

 

 

 

If funds have been applied, a different pop message will appear "You can not Reverse..." and the Reverse will not be allowed.  Also, on first year BCW, the pop up message will advise, "Can not reverse first year buyer conversion".
