Cinch Renewal - Renewal Marketing Request
This process is used when the customer requests to receive duplicate renewal solicitation pieces.
1. From the Navigation Window, select Request Renewal Marketing Piece.
2. Select the Send Renewal Marketing Piece box then click Save.
3. Click OK to the confirmation request pop up message “Successfully Requested for renewal marketing piece"
The marketing piece will be mailed to the mailing address.
